Eligibility Criteria

Vice Chancellor

  • Qualifications and experience as per UGC norms.
  • Ph.D. in Engineering or Management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Professor cadre.
  • Distinguished academician with a strong research profile.
  • Age below 60 years on the date of application.

Director / Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

  • Qualifications and experience as per UGC norms.
  • Relevant specialization in the advertised discipline.
  • Strong academic and research credentials.
  • Teaching and research experience preferred.

Registrar / Deputy Registrar / Assistant Registrar

  • Postgraduate degree.
  • 8–10 years of experience in higher education administration.
  • Knowledge of government education policies and university regulations.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.

Assistant Controller of Examination

  • Postgraduate degree.
  • 7–10 years of experience in examination administration.
  • Experience in universities or higher educational institutions.

Director – Corporate Relations & Placement

  • MBA degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role handling campus placements and corporate relations.

Director – Human Resources

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Personnel Management.
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
  • 7–8 years of HR experience in the education sector preferred.

Chief Finance Officer (CFO) & Finance Officer

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • CA qualification obtained on or before 2020.
  • Experience in budgeting, MIS, taxation, compliance, fund management, and team leadership.

  • 10–15 years of experience in admissions management.
  • Knowledge of admissions, marketing, sales, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
