💼 Job Title/Designation

📚 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in academics, research, and administration.

  • Develop and implement PCI-compliant pharmacy curricula.

  • Ensure curriculum quality, innovation, and industry alignment.

  • Oversee daily academic and administrative operations.

  • Foster a student-centric environment for holistic learning.

  • Establish collaborations with pharma industries, hospitals, and research bodies.

  • Represent the institution at professional and academic forums.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory).

  • Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/industry experience, with at least 3 years as Professor.

  • Guided at least 2 Ph.D. scholars as supervisor/co-supervisor.

  • Minimum 8 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
