Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL), Kochi has invited online applications for Teaching Faculty positions on a contract basis.

1. Faculty – Marine Chief Engineer
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Certificate of Competency (COC) issued or recognized by DGMA, Government of India, as Marine Engineer Officer Class I (MEO Class I) – Unlimited Horse Power.
Remuneration
The monthly consolidated pay is negotiable.
2. Faculty – Master Mariner – Foreign Going
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- Certificate of Competency as Master Mariner (Foreign Going) issued by DGMA, Government of India.
Remuneration
The monthly consolidated pay is negotiable.
Candidates possessing the prescribed Master Mariner certification can apply for this faculty position.
3. Faculty – Electro Technical Officer
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess a degree in any of the following disciplines from a recognized university:
- Electronics Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
Remuneration
The monthly consolidated pay during the first year of contract is ₹85,000.
An annual increase will be applicable in subsequent years.
