Job Role

CPE Junior College is looking for a qualified and committed English Lecturer to teach Intermediate students. The role requires strong subject expertise in English Literature and Grammar, effective communication skills, and the ability to engage and support junior college learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach English (Literature + Grammar) for Intermediate students

  • Prepare students for academic performance and examinations

  • Correct exam papers and assignments every week

  • Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

  • Support students with doubts and academic improvement

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with students

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree (M.A.) in English – Mandatory

  • Strong command over English language and subject concepts

Experience (Preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of total teaching experience

  • At least 2 years of experience teaching Intermediate English preferred

  • Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also be considered

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to handle Intermediate-level students effectively

  • Strong classroom management

  • Commitment towards teaching and student development

Salary

  • ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month
