Salary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with senior faculty and department heads to support academic activities
  • Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, workshops, and presentations in Fashion Design
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, project topics, and course materials
  • Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students
  • Encourage interactive classroom participation and creative learning
  • Assist students with project development, portfolio creation, and career guidance
  • Conduct research and contribute articles to academic journals and publications
  • Participate in faculty meetings and provide suggestions for curriculum enhancement
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives, placement activities, and campus interviews
  • Communicate with department leadership regarding student progress and academic requirements
  • Address student queries and provide continuous academic support

Eligibility Criteria

  • M.Sc. Fashion Design (MSc FD), NIFT Graduate, or Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching are encouraged to apply
