Essential Qualification

Candidates should possess:

• B.Sc. / BCA / B.Com. / BA or an equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience.
• At least 3 years of experience independently managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Academic Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade/CGPA from Graduation onwards.
• Minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class 10 and Class 12.
