The University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has announced a recruitment notification for the engagement of a Subject Expert in the Department of Linguistics. Eligible candidates with a Master’s Degree in the relevant subject and the prescribed academic qualifications can attend the walk-in interview scheduled for 25 August 2026 from 11:00 AM onwards.

Job Details

The available position is Subject Expert in the Department of Linguistics. The engagement will be made on a per-lecture basis.

Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant subject, along with other qualifications prescribed under the applicable norms and amended Statutes of the University of Lucknow.

The selected candidate will be engaged for academic and teaching-related responsibilities in the Department of Linguistics, with remuneration payable on a per-lecture basis as per university norms.

Eligibility

Applicants should have:

  • A Master’s Degree in the relevant subject.
  • At least 55% marks at the Master’s level.
