Qualification
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. / FPM in Strategic Management (Strategy Area) or a closely related discipline from a reputed university/institution in India or abroad.
Candidates applying for Assistant Professor positions who have submitted their Ph.D./FPM thesis and are awaiting the award of the degree may also be considered. Such candidates may initially be appointed as Academic Associates and, after award of the Ph.D./FPM, may be appointed as Assistant Professor – Level 10, as per the advertisement.
Desirable Experience
Preference may be given to candidates with:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Strong academic and research credentials
- Publications in reputed journals
- Conference presentations and scholarly contributions
- Curriculum and course development experience
- Industry exposure with teaching experience
