Educational Qualifications and Experience
1. Deputy Registrar
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ on the UGC seven-point scale.
- Nine years of experience as an Assistant Professor at Academic Level 10 or above, with educational administration experience; comparable experience in a research or higher education institution; or five years of administrative experience as an Assistant Registrar at Pay Level 10 or equivalent.
- Knowledge of computer applications is desirable.
- Experience in establishment, purchase, finance and accounts, academic administration or legal matters is desirable.
- Deputation candidates must meet the prescribed service requirements.
2. Deputy Librarian
- Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
- Eight years of experience as an Assistant University Librarian or College Librarian.
- Evidence of innovative library services, including ICT integration.
- Ph.D. in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation Science, Archives and Manuscript Keeping, or Library Computerization.
3. Assistant Librarian
- Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, Documentation or an equivalent professional degree with at least 55% marks.
- Good academic record and knowledge of library computerization.
- NET/SLET/SET qualification or an applicable Ph.D.-based exemption under the specified UGC regulations.
- A postgraduate diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA is desirable.
4. Assistant Registrar
- Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade ‘B’ on the UGC seven-point scale.
- Five years of supervisory experience at Pay Level 7 in administration, establishment, finance, academic matters or related areas is desirable.
- Knowledge of computer applications is essential.
- A degree in Law or Management is desirable.
5. Assistant Manager (Publications)
- Master’s degree in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
- Ten years of experience, including at least seven years in publishing or public relations.
- Proficiency in computerized administrative systems and processes.
- Strong writing and social media skills.
- Knowledge of desktop publishing tools such as CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress.
- Academic editing, English writing and graphic design skills are desirable.
6. System Analyst and Programmer
Candidates must meet one of the following requirements:
- First-class M.E./M.Tech. in Computer Science and Technology or Information Technology, with two years of relevant experience.
- First-class MCA with two years of relevant experience.
- First-class M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology, with three years of relevant experience.
Desirable Skills: Programming, system design and analysis; Python, Django, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, Git, responsive web development, Bootstrap and UI/UX principles. A doctorate, relevant Cisco certification and server management experience are also desirable.
7. Health Officer
- MBBS recognized by the Medical Council of India.
- Registration with the MCI or State Medical Council.
- Three years of experience in a hospital attached to a medical college or a corporate hospital.
- A recognized postgraduate medical qualification is desirable.
8. Field Work Coordinator
- Master’s degree in Social Work with at least 55% marks or equivalent.
- Fifteen years of field work experience.
- Strong leadership, administrative, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise social work student placements, develop field work protocols and prepare reports.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Marathi is preferred.
9. Counsellor
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counselling or Applied Psychology.
- Ten years of experience in counselling, particularly with adolescent students.
- Strong leadership, administrative and communication skills.
- Ability to plan and conduct training programmes.
10. Section Officer
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute.
- Three years of supervisory experience at Pay Level 6 in administration, establishment, finance, academic matters or related areas.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Management or Law and relevant administrative experience are desirable.
11. Section Officer (Security)
Candidates must meet one of the following routes:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and five years of security supervisory experience in a government office, educational institution or qualifying private organization; or
- Service in the Army or another uniformed service at JCO level or equivalent and above, with the prescribed educational qualification.
A valid driving licence for a light motor vehicle or motorcycle is required.
Firefighting or unarmed combat training, computer knowledge, and the ability to speak English and Hindi are desirable. Marathi is preferred.
Pay Scale
Salary will be determined according to the applicable 7th Central Pay Commission levels.
