Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in any one of the following disciplines:

• Computer Science

• Digital Forensics
• Information Security
• Artificial Intelligence
• Machine Learning
• Related relevant disciplines

Additionally, candidates must have qualified:

• UGC-NET
• CSIR-NET
• SLET
• SET

NET/SLET/SET Exemption:

Candidates awarded a Ph.D. in accordance with the applicable UGC Regulations may be exempted from the NET/SLET/SET requirement, subject to fulfilling the prescribed conditions.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Teaching Computer Science courses through distance and online learning platforms.
• Preparing digital learning materials, lecture notes, and course content.
• Conducting online lectures, tutorials, and student interactions.
• Evaluating assignments, projects, and examinations.
• Providing academic guidance and mentoring to students.
• Participating in curriculum development and academic activities of the Centre.
• Performing other responsibilities assigned by the university.

Appointment Duration

The appointment is purely temporary and contractual and will remain valid until the end of the Academic Session 2026–27.

The engagement may be terminated earlier in accordance with the rules and regulations of Aligarh Muslim University.

Salary

Fixed Consolidated Salary: ₹40,000 per month
