Essential Qualifications
Associate Professor
- Master’s Degree in Sciences or Mathematics with at least 55% marks
- Master’s Degree in Education with at least 55% marks
- Ph.D. in Education
- Minimum eight years of teaching and/or research experience
Assistant Professor
- Postgraduate Degree in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks
- B.Ed. degree with at least 55% marks
- NET qualification or Ph.D. as prescribed by UGC Regulations
- For Educational Studies posts: M.Ed. with 55% marks and NET/Ph.D.
Desirable Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Educational Administration or Leadership
- M.Ed. or specialized M.Ed. qualifications where applicable
- Strong academic and research credentials
Experience Requirements
Associate Professor
- Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience
- At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals
- Research Score of 75 as per UGC Regulations, 2018
Assistant Professor
- Experience as per UGC and NCTE norms
- Research and teaching experience preferred
Age Limit
- As per Government of India and UGC norms
Salary Details
Associate Professor
- Academic Level 13A
- ₹1,31,400 – ₹2,17,100 per month
Assistant Professor
- Academic Level 10
- ₹57,700 – ₹1,82,400 per month
