About the Opportunity

BITS School of Management (BITSOM), established under the aegis of BITS Pilani, is inviting applications for full-time tenure-track faculty positions at the levels of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Professor.

BITSOM offers a two-year, full-time residential MBA programme and follows a research-driven academic environment supported by a global faculty model and the academic legacy of BITS Pilani.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. or near completion of Ph.D. from a reputed national or international institution.

Teaching & Research:
Candidates should demonstrate high-quality teaching capability, where applicable, along with a strong record or potential for publishing impactful research.

Associate Professor / Professor

For senior faculty positions, candidates should have:

  • Proven record of impactful research
  • Publications in reputed academic/research journals, including journals appearing in lists such as UTD 24 or FT 50
  • Demonstrated teaching excellence
  • Experience contributing to institution-building and academic leadership
