Project Title
“Design and Development of a Non-Invasive RFID-based Wearable Sensor System for the Detection of Atrial Fibrillation in the Elderly”
The project is supported under Science for Equity, Empowerment and Development (SEED) – Technology Interventions for Disabled and Elderly (TIDE), Department of Science and Technology (DST).
1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – Eligibility
Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- B.E./B.Tech. with First Class in:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE)
- Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)
- Allied circuit branches
- The degree should be from a UGC-recognized University/College.
- Candidates must have a valid GATE qualification.
Preferred Qualification
Preference will be given to candidates possessing:
- M.E./M.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation or allied circuit branches.
- First Class with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA.
2. Project Associate-I – Eligibility
Essential Qualification
Candidates should possess:
- B.E./B.Tech. with First Class in:
- Biomedical Engineering
- Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE)
- Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE)
- Allied circuit branches
- The degree should be from a UGC-recognized University/College.

- M.E./M.Tech. in Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation or allied circuit branches.
