Organization Profile: The Central University of Tamil Nadu was established through an Act of Parliament and was officially inaugurated on September 30, 2009, by the then Union Minister Kapil Sibal, who also laid the foundation stone.

Job Title: Faculty Resource Person – (Science & Social Science)

Essential Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks in any discipline within the Sciences or Social Sciences.
2. Qualification in the Civil Services Preliminary or Main Examination post-2017.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Teaching experience at a reputable Civil Services Coaching Institute.
2. Candidates who have appeared for or cleared the UPSC CSE/IFoS Main Examination or the TNPSC Group I Main Examination.
3. Preference will be given to candidates with social science specializations such as Geography, History, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, etc.
4. UGC/CSIR – NET/JRF qualification.

Monthly Fellowship: The Faculty Resource Person will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 80,000/-.
