The Centre for Development Studies (CDS), Thiruvananthapuram, has invited applications from eligible Indian nationals for three regular Assistant Professor positions.
CDS is an autonomous social science research institution established under the aegis of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Government of India, and the Department of Planning and Economic Affairs, Government of Kerala. Educational Qualification

Doctoral Degree
Ph.D. in any of the following:
- Economics
- Statistics
- Demography
- Any Social Science subject with research focusing on development-related issues
Master’s Degree

Research Publication Requirement
Applicants should have at least:
One published research paper in the area of Development Economics or Development Studies in a UGC-approved or SCOPUS-indexed journal.
