Job Summary:

The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality management education through innovative teaching methodologies, smart board-enabled learning, and case-based instruction. The role includes academic mentoring, project guidance, ERP management, and active participation in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Course Development & Teaching

  • Develop and curate course materials aligned with NBA accreditation standards.

  • Deliver interactive sessions using smart boards and traditional teaching methods.

  • Integrate case study–based learning and group discussions to enhance engagement.

2. Digital Content & ERP Management

  • Upload all course materials, assignments, and notes on the Digii Campus ERP platform.

  • Maintain digital records of student performance and attendance.

3. Mentorship & Guidance

  • Provide academic and career mentorship to students.

  • Supervise project work ensuring academic rigor and industry relevance.

4. Evaluation & Assessment

  • Conduct assessments aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy.

  • Participate in the exam process and maintain transparency in evaluation.

5. Research & Institutional Development

  • Contribute to research publications, academic committees, and IQAC initiatives.

  • Participate in professional development programs and workshops.

Qualification:

  • MBA / Ph.D. or equivalent in the relevant specialization.

  • Candidates with strong academic and research backgrounds are preferred.

Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates with proven teaching or industry exposure may apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Student Satisfaction: ≥ 4.5/5 average feedback.

  • Course Alignment: 100% NBA compliance.

  • Digital Content Upload: 100% completion before trimester.

  • Teaching Innovation: Smart board usage in 90% of sessions.

  • IQAC Participation: 90% active involvement.
