FDDI is a premier academic and training institution dedicated to the development and growth of the Footwear & Product, Leather Products, Retail and Fashion Merchandise and Fashion Design sectors. FDDI has Pan India Presence with 12 state-of art campuses spread across the country. Essential Qualification :

• Academicians & Practitioners:
  • Level I:
    • Master’s Degree in a relevant field with 2 years of experience
      OR
    • UG/Master Diploma with 3 years of experience
      OR
    • 5 years of Industrial Experience in a relevant field with proof by certificate/ relevant organizations/ references
  • Level II:
    • PhD/Master’s Degree in relevant field with 5 years of experience
      OR
    • UG/Master Diploma with 7 years of experience
      OR
    • 10 years of Industrial Experience in relevant field with proof by certificate/ relevant organizations/ references
  • Level III:
    • Ph.D/Master’s Degree in relevant field with 10 years of experience
      OR
    • Master Degree from Premium Institute i.e. IIT, IIM, NIT, SPA (School of Planning and Architecture ) & NID with 2 years of experience.
      OR
    • UG/ Master Diploma with 15 years of experience
      OR
    • 20 years of Industrial Experience in relevant field with proof by certificate/ relevant organizations/ references
  • Level IV:
    • Craft Person
      State Awardee (relevant certificate to be presented by the craftsmen)
    • Crafts persons with experience of a minimum of 10 years.
    • Assistant Crafts Person Limited to max. 2 per Master (Assistant to craftsperson identified by craftsperson)

Eminent Personalities:
Eminent personality in the chosen field should reflect in their resume with minimum 20 years of experience in the relevant field Professional/ Honorary Achievements of great significance in the field (to be explicitly defined). An Eminent personality is well known and respected person for his/her
achievement in the relevant field.

Eminent Crafts Person:
Eminent Crafts person’s as per criteria laid down by DC-Handloom/Handicraft Shilp gurus / National Awardees
