Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess any of the following:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • Completed CA / CMA

Candidates must also have:

  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to develop spreadsheet-based financial proformas.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Discounted Cash Flow (DCF).
  • Financial statement analysis skills.

Candidates who do not possess the essential skills mentioned above will not be considered.

Desirable Skills

Preference may be given to candidates with:

  • Ability to work independently with limited instructions.
  • Strong interest in data analytics.
  • Knowledge of statistical modelling.
  • Knowledge of regression analysis.
  • Familiarity with Machine Learning.
  • Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nature of Work

The selected Research Assistant will primarily contribute to:

  • Development of finance-oriented case studies.
  • Preparation of academic and study materials.
  • Financial data analysis.
  • Spreadsheet-based financial modelling.
  • Finance-related research assignments.
  • Analytical assignments and research activities.
