Eligibility Criteria

1. Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Associate-I

Qualification

• B.Tech./B.E./M.Sc. or M.Tech./M.E./M.S.
• Specialization in:
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Electronics & Communication Engineering
  • Computer Science
  • Related disciplines
• Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA out of 10.
• Valid GATE score or any National Eligibility Test conducted by Central Government institutions.
• Candidates without GATE may also be considered with lower emoluments as per Institute rules.

Monthly Fellowship

• ₹37,000 + 9% HRA

• Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis are also eligible to apply.

Monthly Fellowship

• ₹67,000 + 9% HRA

Qualification
