Essential Qualifications

For JRF:

Candidates should have either:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA and a valid GATE score obtained within the last four years from the closing date of application; OR
  • M.E./M.Tech in Embedded Systems, VLSI, Signal Processing, or another ECE specialization, selected through GATE, with at least 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA.

For Project Associate-I:

Candidates should have either:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering with at least 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA; OR
  • M.E./M.Tech in Embedded Systems, VLSI, Signal Processing, or another ECE specialization with at least 65% marks or 6.5 CGPA.

Salary / Fellowship

JRF:

  • First 2 years: ₹37,000 + 18% HRA/month
  • Last year: ₹42,000 + 18% HRA/month
  • Valid GATE/NET score required

Project Associate-I:

  • First 2 years: ₹30,000 + 18% HRA/month
  • Last year: ₹33,000 + 18% HRA/month
  • No GATE/NET score required

Project Duration

The project appointment is for 2 years and 5 months, with extension subject to a performance review every 12 months.

Selection Process
