Job Summary

Bharath Group of Institutions is seeking a passionate and result-oriented Mathematics Faculty to teach students preparing for IIT-JEE, NEET Foundation, Olympiads, and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, effective teaching skills, and the ability to develop conceptual understanding and analytical thinking among students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Mathematics for Foundation (Classes 6–10), IIT-JEE, and NEET-oriented batches.
  • Deliver concept-driven and examination-focused classroom sessions.
  • Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, DPPs, and study materials.
  • Develop students’ analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Conduct regular tests, quizzes, assessments, and mock examinations.
  • Track student progress and provide academic guidance for performance improvement.
  • Create an engaging and motivating learning environment.
  • Support students in achieving competitive examination success.

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • B.Tech. or M.Tech. candidates with a strong Mathematics background may also apply.
  • Prior teaching experience in IIT-JEE, NEET, Olympiad, or Foundation coaching programs is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
  • Strong command of Mathematics concepts and competitive exam patterns.
