Position Overview

Bharath Group of Institutions is seeking a passionate and results-driven Physics Faculty member to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, exceptional teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex physics concepts for Foundation, JEE, and NEET aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Teaching

  • Deliver high-energy, concept-focused classroom lectures.
  • Teach students from Foundation (Classes 8–10) and JEE/NEET batches (Classes 11–12).
  • Align teaching methodologies with both board examination and competitive exam standards.
  • Create an engaging and motivating classroom environment.

Curriculum Development

  • Prepare high-quality study materials and learning resources.
  • Develop DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), assignments, question banks, and test papers.
  • Design innovative teaching aids to improve conceptual understanding.

Doubt Resolution & Student Support

  • Provide personalized doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Assist students in solving advanced-level numerical and application-based problems.
  • Identify conceptual gaps and provide targeted academic support.

Performance Tracking

  • Analyze test performance and student progress reports.
  • Conduct remedial classes for underperforming students.
  • Implement strategies to improve academic outcomes and examination performance.

Mentorship & Guidance

  • Mentor students on examination strategies and time management.
  • Guide students in handling competitive exam stress and maintaining motivation.
  • Encourage analytical thinking and scientific problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

  • M.Sc. in Physics OR
  • B.Tech./M.Tech. with strong Physics aptitude.
  • Candidates from IITs, NITs, or reputed institutions are preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in IIT-JEE and NEET coaching institutes.
  • Proven track record of producing successful results in competitive examinations.
  • Experience in handling Foundation, JEE, and NEET batches is preferred.

  • Strong command of Physics concepts and applications.
