Qualification Requirements

1. Professor

  • Ph.D. in relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience (at least 3 years as Associate Professor).

  • Publications:

    • 6 publications and 2 Ph.D.s guided (as Supervisor/Co-Supervisor), or

    • 10 publications in SCI/SCIE/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.

2. Associate Professor

  • Ph.D. in relevant field with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience (2 years post-Ph.D.).

  • At least 6 research publications in approved journals.

3. Assistant Professor

  • B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. (or Integrated M.Tech.) in relevant branch with First Class in any one degree.

4. Physical Education Director

  • B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Phil., and SLET/NET/Ph.D. in relevant discipline with First Class in any one degree.

Expected Qualities

  • Strong commitment to work and academic excellence.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to serve the institution for at least two years.
