Organization Profile: Swami Rama Himalayan University (SRHU) was established in 2013 by the Government of Uttarakhand. SRHU offers over 60 courses in the areas of Management, Engineering, Medical Science, Yoga Practice and Technology at UG, PG and doctorate levels. The university has around 46 teaching departments with more than 3,000 faculty members. Additionally, it is a member of the American Heart Association and the Association of Indian Universities.

SRHU has been recognised as a Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation by the DSIR, Regional Centre for Medical Education by the MCI and Collaborative Centre for Cancer Research & Services by ICMR. Qualification:

• Associate Professor: M.Sc Nursing + Ph.D. with 8 years of experience out of which 5 years as Assistant Professor
• Assistant Professor: M.Sc. Nursing with minimum 3 years of teaching experience (post M.Sc. Nursing). Desirable Ph.D
• Tutor: M.Sc Nursing or B.Sc Nursing/ Post Basic B.Sc Nursing with minimum 1 year of clinical experience/ Professional experience
