Eligibility Criteria:

 Professors:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class in Master’s degree.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years as Associate Professor.

  • Strong research profile with publications in reputed journals.

 Associate Professors:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with First Class in Master’s degree.

  • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years post-Ph.D.

  • Demonstrated research contributions.

 Assistant Professors:

  • Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E.) with First Class in the relevant discipline. Ph.D. preferred.

  • Freshers may apply; prior teaching/research experience is a plus.

 Soft Skills/Aptitude Trainers:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology/English/Human Resources or related fields.

  • Certification in soft skills training (e.g., NLP, personality development).

  • Prior experience in corporate training or academic coaching is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lectures and mentor students in respective disciplines.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and academic research.

  • Guide student projects and foster industry-academia collaborations.

  • (For trainers) Conduct workshops on communication, aptitude, and career readiness.
