Job Title:

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Project Title:

Development of low-cost hydrometallurgical process for beneficiation and extraction of Indium values from Sphalerite ores

Tenure:

Two years or till the completion of the project (whichever is earlier).

Essential Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech in Mineral/Metallurgy/Chemical/Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering with GATE/CSIR-UGC NET

  • M.Sc./M.Sc. Tech/Integrated in Chemistry/Environmental Sciences/Geology/Applied Geology or other relevant fields with GATE/CSIR-UGC NET

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of mineral characterization and beneficiation

  • Experience in identifying critical minerals, XRD data interpretation, and optical micrograph analysis

  • Understanding of hydrometallurgical processing, purification, and electrowinning

Fellowship:

💰 Rs. 37,000 per month
