📘 Qualification and Experience:

🔹 For the Post of Professor

Essential:

  • Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, out of which at least 3 years must be at the level of Associate Professor/Reader or equivalent grade.

  • At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/SCI/UGC/AICTE approved journals.

  • Minimum Research Score: 120

  • Guided at least 2 Ph.D. scholars.

OR (For Industry Professionals):

  • First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch.

  • 10 years of professional/industrial experience, with at least 3 years at a Senior Managerial level in a large organization/MNC/conglomerate.

  • Significant published research or professional work, including books, consultancy, patents, or projects.

🔹 For the Post of Associate Professor

Essential:

  • Ph.D. degree in relevant field and First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant branch.

  • 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 2 years Post-Ph.D. as Assistant Professor or equivalent.

  • At least 7 research publications in SCI/UGC/AICTE-approved journals.

  • Minimum Research Score: 75

OR (For Industry Professionals):

  • First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch.

  • 8 years of industrial/professional experience at Senior Managerial level in a large organization/MNC/conglomerate.

  • Demonstrated research or professional output, such as books, consultancy projects, or patents.

🔹 For the Post of Assistant Professor

Essential:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology (or equivalent).

Desirable:

  • Ph.D. preferred with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Minimum 2 SCI publications in refereed journals.
