Key Responsibilities

The selected Research Associate will contribute to:

  • Quantitative and economic analysis.
  • Statistical modelling and AI-based research/training using R, Python and Excel.
  • ESG-related research and data analysis.
  • Analysis of climate-related financial disclosures.
  • Research involving ESG, BRSR, TCFD, SASB and SFDR frameworks.
  • Supporting Indian funds and companies in aligning with international sustainability frameworks.
  • Literature reviews covering climate policy, climate-related financial disclosures and sustainable finance.
  • Secondary data collection, cleaning and analysis of large datasets.
  • Supporting capacity-building workshops and training modules on ESG and climate reporting.
  • Preparing research reports and academic papers for publication.
  • Project administration and institutional coordination.
