The National Institute of Technology Goa (NIT Goa) has invited applications for Teaching Faculty positions in various departments. The recruitment is for Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor Grade-I and Assistant Professor Grade-II posts.

NIT Goa Faculty Vacancy Details

Professor

Candidates applying for Professor should possess a Ph.D. and either:

• 10 years of experience after Ph.D.; or
• 13 years of total working experience, including 7 years after Ph.D.

In addition, candidates should have the specified experience at the level of Associate Professor in Level-13A2, or the specified experience in Level-13A1, or a combination of Level-13A1 and Level-13A2/equivalent in an institution of repute, R&D laboratory or relevant industry.

Associate Professor

Candidates should have a Ph.D. and either:

Option 1:

• 6 years of experience after Ph.D.
• At least 3 years as Assistant Professor Grade-I in Level-12 or equivalent.

OR

Option 2:

• 9 years of total working experience.
• 3 years after Ph.D.
• 3 years as Assistant Professor Grade-I in Level-12 or equivalent.

Assistant Professor Grade-I

Candidates should have:

• Ph.D.
• 3 years of experience after Ph.D.

OR

• 6 years of total teaching and research experience in an institution of repute, R&D laboratory or relevant industry.

Assistant Professor Grade-II

Candidates should possess a Ph.D.
