Bhattadev University, Pathsala, Assam, has announced recruitment for Teaching Assistant positions on a temporary basis in the departments of Political Science and Computer Science & Engineering (CSE). Eligible candidates who fulfill the minimum qualifications prescribed by the UGC Regulations, 2018 for Assistant Professor appointments can attend the walk-in interview.
The selected candidates will be engaged for teaching UG/PG classes. The appointment is temporary, and deserving candidates may be retained beyond the current semester based on institutional requirements.
Educational Qualification
Candidates are expected to fulfill the essential minimum qualifications prescribed for appointment as Assistant Professor under the UGC Regulations, July 2018, for engagement as a Teaching Assistant on a temporary basis.
Candidates should possess the relevant academic qualifications for the department in which they are applying.

Salary / Remuneration
Selected Teaching Assistants will be paid:
Rs. 1,200 per day
The maximum remuneration is capped at:
Rs. 25,000 per month
Depending on the university’s requirements, deserving candidates may also be retained as temporary teachers beyond the current semester.

About Bhattadev University
Bhattadev University, Bajali, was established as a university on 24 June 2019, following the assumption of office by its first Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Birinchi Kr. Das. The university developed from the erstwhile Bajali College, which had a history spanning more than six decades.
