Acharya Narendra Dev College (ANDC), University of Delhi, New Delhi, has announced a recruitment opportunity for Guest Faculty in Mathematics on a temporary basis. Eligible candidates who meet the qualifications prescribed for regular Assistant Professor appointments under applicable UGC regulations can attend the walk-in interview on 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Retired teachers may also be considered for appointment as Guest Faculty, subject to a maximum age limit of 70 years.
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the Guest Faculty position should possess qualifications equivalent to those prescribed for appointment as a regular Assistant Professor in Universities/Colleges under applicable UGC regulations.
Retired teachers may also be considered, provided they meet the eligibility requirements and are not more than 70 years of age.
Candidates should carry appropriate documentary evidence of their educational qualifications and academic credentials for verification during the interview.
Salary / Honorarium
The selected Guest Faculty member will be paid an honorarium of:
Rs. 1,500 per lecture
The maximum remuneration is capped at:
Rs. 50,000 per month
The payment will be subject to the applicable UGC conditions and requirements mentioned in the recruitment notification.

Eligible candidates are required to attend the walk-in interview at the college.
