Essential Qualifications

Associate Professor / Programme Coordinator – Associate Professor

Candidates should have:

• A good academic record.
• A Ph.D. in the concerned or allied discipline.
• A Master’s degree in the relevant discipline such as English, Commerce, Computer Science, or Mathematics with at least 55% marks.

Assistant Professor / Programme Coordinator – Assistant Professor

Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks, along with one of the applicable qualifications:

• Qualified NET/SET, or
• Ph.D. awarded in accordance with applicable UGC Regulations, or
• Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 in QS, THE, or ARWU World University Rankings, subject to applicable conditions and exemptions.

Experience Requirements

For Associate Professor and Programme Coordinator (Associate Professor) positions:

• Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience equivalent to Assistant Professor level.
• At least 7 publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals.
• Research score of 75 as prescribed under the applicable UGC criteria.

Salary Details

Associate Professor / Programme Coordinator (Associate Professor): ₹85,000/- per month

Assistant Professor / Programme Coordinator (Assistant Professor): ₹60,000/- per month

The appointments are contractual for a period of 10 months.
