Educational Qualifications

Registrar

• Master’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university.

Assistant Registrar (On Deputation)

• Postgraduate Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Two-year professional qualifications after graduation such as LLB, CA, MBA, or equivalent will also be considered at par with a postgraduate degree.

Counsellor (On Contract)

Candidates must possess any one of the following:

• Master’s Degree in Psychology with specialization in Clinical Psychology, Social Psychology, or Counselling along with 2 years of counselling experience in a reputed Clinical, Medical, or Academic Institution.
• OR M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (First Class) with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• OR M.A. in Clinical Psychology (First Class) with 3 years of relevant experience.

Experience Requirements

Registrar

• Minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Academic Level 11 and above) or 8 years in Academic Level 12 including Associate Professor with substantial educational administration experience.
• OR equivalent experience in research institutions or higher education.
• OR 15 years of administrative experience including 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
• Experience in computerized administration and financial management.

Assistant Registrar

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience including 3 years in a senior supervisory role (Pay Level 7 or above) in:
  • Accounts
  • Audit
  • Finance
  • Academic Administration
  • Examination Administration
  • Legal Matters
  • Government/Higher Education Institutions

Counsellor

• Relevant counselling experience as prescribed under the qualification criteria.
