About the FDP
The Electronics & ICT Academy, NIT Warangal, in association with Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology, Chennai, is organizing an online Faculty Development Programme on “Design of RF Terahertz and mm-wave Antennas and Microwave Integrated Circuits for 6G, Defence and Space Applications.” The programme will provide theoretical and practical exposure to advanced RF design at terahertz and millimeter-wave frequencies, with applications in 6G, defence and space technologies.
Participants will explore high-frequency electromagnetics, metamaterial-inspired and reconfigurable antennas, MMIC and RFIC architectures, heterogeneous integration, packaging challenges and measurement techniques at THz bands.

- RF, mm-wave and terahertz frequency bands
- High-frequency electromagnetics fundamentals
- Antenna design for 6G and radar/space missions
- Microwave Integrated Circuits (MIC) and MMIC design

Who Can Attend?
The programme is designed for faculty/research scholars and industry participants. Eminent academicians from IITs, NITs, IIITs, DRDO and foreign universities are expected to deliver lectures, along with industry experts.

Selection
Selection will be on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 40 participants. Participants who successfully complete the course will receive satisfactory certificates.
