HR Professionals – Doctor Hiring

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

  • Experience in Healthcare Human Resources.
  • More than 5 years of experience in independent doctor hiring/recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking abilities within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in recruiting consultants, specialists, and senior medical professionals.
  • Ability to work independently while achieving recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting specialist doctors and consultants for hospitals.
  • Identifying and attracting reputed healthcare professionals.

  • Coordinating interviews and negotiations.
