Job Title

  • Empanelment Manager
  • Hospital Compliance Manager

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in the respective field.
  • Proven track record in healthcare administration and hospital operations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Good knowledge of hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and administrative procedures.

Job Responsibilities

TPA Manager

  • Coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and insurance companies.
  • Handle cashless hospitalization processes.
  • Monitor claim processing and settlements.
  • Resolve insurance-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners.

Empanelment Manager

  • Manage empanelment of hospitals with insurance companies, corporate organizations, and government healthcare schemes.
  • Coordinate documentation and agreement processes.
  • Develop partnerships with healthcare stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely renewals of empanelment agreements.

Hospital Compliance Manager

  • Ensure compliance with NABH standards and healthcare regulations.
  • Monitor statutory and legal requirements.
  • Conduct internal compliance audits.
  • Develop hospital policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and documentation.
