Ranippettai Institute of Technology – Lecturer Recruitment
Ranippettai Institute of Technology (RIT), established in 1995, is a technical education institution offering academic programmes supported by modern laboratories and industry-oriented learning. The institute is inviting applications for the position of Lecturer.
Qualification
Candidates with B.E. in CSE, EEE, IT, AI & Data Science, ECE, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering, and relevant qualifications may apply.
Experience
Candidates with 0–8 years of experience are eligible.
Responsibilities
The selected Lecturer will deliver theory and laboratory classes, prepare lesson plans, laboratory manuals, assignments, and examination materials, and teach concepts using practical and real-world examples.
The faculty member will evaluate student performance, mentor students regarding academics, careers, internships, and higher studies, and participate in curriculum development and academic reviews. The role may also involve organizing workshops and seminars, collaborating with industry, supporting research and innovation activities, and participating in departmental and institutional responsibilities.
Candidates should have good communication and classroom management skills, proficiency in relevant technical tools and software, and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Professor Qualification

Applicants should have the required research publications in SCI/SCIE/UGC/AICTE-approved journals and Ph.D. guidance experience. Candidates should also have a minimum of 10 years of teaching, research, or industry experience, including at least 3 years at a level equivalent to Associate Professor.
Associate Professor Qualification
Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in the relevant field with First Class or equivalent and at least 6 research publications in SCI/SCIE/UGC/AICTE-approved journals. A minimum of 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years of post-Ph.D. experience, is required.
For Teaching Assistant and Lab Assistant positions, candidates with a B.E. or Diploma qualification can apply.
For Science and Humanities positions, candidates should possess M.Sc. or M.A. with First Class. NET, SLET, or Ph.D. qualifications will be preferred.
