Available Positions

1. Assistant Professor (Genetics/Machine Learning/Computational Biology/Systems Biology)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Ph.D. in Genetics, Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Systems Biology, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated research expertise with a strong publication record in high-impact journals.

  • Experience in securing extramural funding and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

  • Industry experience or collaboration with interdisciplinary research teams will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting innovative research in the specified domains.

  • Teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guiding research projects, and supervising students.

  • Contributing to the institute’s vision through collaborative research and academic initiatives.

2. Assistant Professor (Analytical Chemistry/Biophysics)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biophysics, or a closely related discipline.

  • Proficiency in handling high-end instruments such as HPLC, Mass Spectrometer, Flow Cytometer, 3D Bioprinter, Raman Spectrometer, Confocal Microscopy, and Next-Generation Sequencers.

  • Experience in developing business or consultation models for utilizing high-throughput instruments in an academic setting.

  • A strong track record of publications, extramural funding, and teaching experience. Industry exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining advanced research equipment and facilities.

  • Developing interdisciplinary research projects and fostering collaborations.

  • Teaching specialized courses and contributing to curriculum development.
