Qualification:
Ph.D. with a first-class or equivalent (in terms of Grades) in the preceding degree and an excellent academic record throughout.

- Candidates should be passionate towards teaching and guiding students
- The candidate should have good research record
Pay Scale:
- Assistant Professor Grade I (Pay level 12): As per 7th CPC, the minimum pay will be fixed at Rs. 1,01,500 (Matrix pay level of 12) along with admissible allowances
- Assistant Professor Grade II (Pay level 10/11): The minimum basic pay will be fixed Rs. 98,200/- along with allowances.
