Compensation & Appointment Term:

1. The appointment will be made for a period of one year, with the possibility of a second year depending on performance. 
2. A starting salary of Rs. 50,000/-per month with hostel accommodations (subject to availability) or Rs. 55,000/-per month without hostel accommodations may be offered to the candidate with an M. Tech degree.
3. A starting salary of Rs. 60,000/-per month with hostel accommodations (subject to availability) or Rs. 65,000/-per month without hostel accommodations may be offered to the candidate holding a Ph.D.
4. Candidates with relevant experience may be offered a higher starting salary.
5.  A monthly deposit of Rs. 27,500 from the first two months’ salary will be held with the institute to guarantee this. Upon the conclusion of the specified term, this deposit will be reimbursed.
