Job Summary
Mesa School of Business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support academic operations, student engagement, classroom management, and institutional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure smooth functioning of academic programs and student services.
Key Responsibilities
Attendance & Academic Tracking
- Maintain detailed attendance records and trackers across postgraduate programs.
- Monitor class participation, attendance dashboards, and session logs.
- Track term-wise attendance and academic progress.
- Ensure seamless communication through institutional communication channels.
- Maintain accurate academic records and reports.
Classroom Operations
- Coordinate and manage classroom sessions effectively.
- Ensure smooth arrangements for faculty, guest speakers, classroom infrastructure, AV equipment, and venue setups.
- Assist in managing academic calendars and schedules.
- Support grading processes and report card preparation.
- Coordinate academic and co-curricular activities.
- Assist in organizing speaker sessions, workshops, seminars, and pitch-day events.
Operational and Student Support
- Collaborate with Program Operations teams for data-driven academic management.
- Address student queries and provide timely assistance.
- Support reporting requirements for leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure efficient execution of operational processes and student engagement initiatives.
